A Frame France Brummel in translucent cognac acetate, catalogued in size 50–20. The rounded rectangular front is carried through substantial rims, with hinge and rivet details providing discreet accents.

French frame construction
A broad saddle bridge flows into substantial rounded rectangular rims. The cognac material reads dark brown at its thicker edges and opens into warmer amber where light passes through it. Elongated metal rivet accents sit near the outer corners and continue onto the temples. The Brummel name and approved 50–20 size are retained; Frame France describes the origin rather than establishing the factory that made it.
Collector’s note
Warm transparency softens the frame’s weight and makes the contour of the acetate central to its presentation.
Condition & presentation
Translucent cognac colour and substantial rims, with metal rivet accents retained. Please refer to the photographs for surface detail; additional close-ups are available. No case is included.
