Except where a return or refund is required by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or personal preference. Each piece is individually photographed and described so that you can review its condition before purchase.
When something is wrong
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right or a buyer's remedies for material misdescription, non-delivery, damage in transit, or an unauthorized charge. If there is a problem with an order, contact us promptly at hello@theraregoodsociety.com with your order details and photographs where relevant so we can review it.
