Seller and payment
The Rare Good Society is a DBA of Argentavis Group, LLC. Secure checkout is processed by GoDaddy Payments, and the payment link and receipt are issued by Argentavis Group, LLC, doing business as The Rare Good Society. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Vintage condition
Each object is vintage, pre-owned, and singular. Age, prior use, restoration, material variation, and minor imperfections are part of its history. We describe and photograph each object as accurately as possible. Buyers should review the listing and contact a treasure hunter with any questions before purchasing.
Final sale
Except where a return or refund is required by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or personal preference. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right or a buyer’s remedies for material misdescription, non-delivery, damage in transit, or an unauthorized charge.
Eyewear and lenses
Frames are collectible vintage eyewear. Lens status is stated on each listing. Any prescription, adjustment, optical suitability, or fitting is the buyer’s responsibility and should be handled by a qualified optician before wear.
Offers and availability
Submitting an offer does not reserve an object or create a sale. An offer becomes binding only after written acceptance and completed payment. Because each object is one of one, availability can change without notice and an object is removed from sale after purchase.
Shipping and delivery
Standard international shipping is included at no additional cost. Expedited delivery, special handling, or a buyer-requested carrier may incur an additional charge agreed in advance. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees imposed by the destination remain the buyer’s responsibility. Worldwide delivery is subject to destination, carrier availability, insurance, and applicable restrictions. Delivery timing is an estimate; if a shipment is materially delayed, we will provide the options required by applicable law.
