The double bridge
The squared front has generous horizontal proportions, with a moulded upper bar crossing above the principal nose bridge. The narrow opening between the two bars gives the centre of the frame a distinctive architectural detail. Tortoise colouring adds depth around the rims and temples. The pale lens presentation leaves the construction clearly visible.
Collector’s note
The Monsieur designation, Austrian origin and model-and-colour combination identify this configuration. Dior references bearing the same number can have different silhouettes, so the complete markings and construction should be compared together.
