The Ful-Vue arrangement

The temple connections sit high on the lens rims, leaving the sides of the lens openings relatively unobstructed. Rounded rectangular eyewires, a fine connecting bridge and adjustable nose pads keep the front visually spare. The curved cable temples extend that delicacy into the side profile. The approved catalogue size is 48–24; the green sun lenses are later additions to the period frame.

Collector’s note

Later green sun lenses introduce colour without obscuring the metal structure. These replacement lenses should be distinguished from the vintage frame itself.

Condition & presentation

The fine metal frame presents cleanly, with the nose-pad assembly and cable temples retained. Later green sun lenses are fitted. Please refer to the photographs for surface detail; additional close-ups are available. No case is included.

Restoration is carried out with intention by third-party specialists on an as-needed basis, preserving original features and markings as fully as possible. Individual condition notes describe the visible state and any specifically recorded changes.
